


Directly below the villas, in a natural hollow, we cultivate olive trees, some of which are hundreds of years old. We see this task as a double responsibility, for ourselves and for our guests we want to produce healthy, first-class olive oil. We see ourselves as companions to these ancient trees that came before us and will come after us.

The 2024 harvest is in and analyzed by worldolivecenter.com. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has less than 0.2% acidity and the proportion of polyphenols is 863 mg/kg. This means that our oil belongs to the category of oils that protect blood lipids from oxidative stress in accordance with Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union (the positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil). We achieved it the second year in a row.
